Submission Details
If you decide you want to get involved and submit photos for this project please read the following information carefully.....
Low resolution submission for voting:
For the first stage of this project photos should ideally be submitted at 72dpi resolution. Try to submit photos which are well composed and where Gillian is clearly the principal subject. Please do not submit any photos that are over or under exposed or out of focus as these will not be appropriate for printing. Please remember you must have taken these photos yourself so as to avoid any copyright issues. These photos can be emailed to us at gacalendar2004@yahoo.co.uk
If you are unable to submit your pictures by email, you can post us the actual photograph. However, please note we cannot return these photos so do not send us your only copy! Please send these to:

These submissions must be received by us, either by email or snail mail, no later than Thursday 16th October.
High Resolution Submission for printing:
A shortlist of your photos will be chosen and approved for use by Gillian. They will then be put into an online poll where you will be able to vote for 8 of the final 12 images to be used in the calendar. The final 4 will be a surprise, but will also be photos you have submitted. If your photo is selected as one of the final 12, you will be contacted and asked to submit a high-resolution version of your winning image.
All high-resolution images will need to be supplied in one of the following formats:
As a hard copy photograph.
On a disk, as a high-res digital image from a digital camera, saved to at least 305dpi.
On a disk from a hard copy photograph, scanned to at least 305dpi.
Please send to the address listed above. If you send a hard copy photograph and would like it to be returned please supply an addressed envelope and we will post this back to you via recorded post.
If you are only able to submit your photo via email please send them to gacalendar2004@yahoo.co.uk. Your photo, either from digital camera source or high-res scan, must be saved as an eps (using photoshop or equivalent) with maximum quality jpeg compression.
These final 12 images must be received by Monday 10th November at the latest.
There will be a reserve shortlist, which will also be asked to submit high-res images. If any of the winning 12 images are not received by the deadline, reserves will be used in their place.
